LEWES, Del – The reading of 97 names of Delawareans who made the ultimate sacrifice in World War II highlighted a ceremony at Fort Miles in the Cape Henlopen State Park.
A chime salute accompanied each name. The event held on the anniversary of Japan’s surrender that ended the war.
